Senior process engineer - medical device industry

Process Validation Lead:


We are seeking an experienced professional to lead process validation activities for new products and process improvements within our facility in Cork.


* Leverage technical expertise to drive validation strategy, production ramp-up, and continuous process improvement
* Provide leadership direction to junior team members while mentoring others in design controls and risk management
* Develop and execute verification and validation plans, protocols, and reports using structured problem-solving approaches

To be successful in this role you will require a strong background in medical device process development, validation or NPI with 10+ years of experience. You must also have proven leadership skills guiding junior engineers in regulated environments as well as solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.
