This includes covering absence, supporting turnaround projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Youll play a critical role in maintaining the groups high standards of care and safety and driving continuous improvement. The Requirements: 4 years of Registered Nurse (NMC pin active) Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disabilities.
