The position of Support Worker is available in our organisation.
This role involves supporting people with their daily plans and assisting individuals in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding with education, skills development, and personal outcomes. They will also help with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments. Furthermore, they must maintain professional working relationships with team members and service users.
Key Requirements
* No formal qualification is required for Assistant Support Workers.
* Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline for Social Care Workers (registration required).
* A positive attitude and passion for supporting people are essential.
* A full driver's license is necessary for some roles.
