Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Realtime Recruitment
I'm on the lookout for aSenior Data Analyst who thrives on turning data into actionable insight, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a sharp commercial mindset. In this role, you'll be a key partner to cross-functional teams, helping to drive strategic decisions that shape customer experience and business growth.
What You’ll Do
* Leverage data to uncover consumer trends and provide commercial insights that influence business strategy and performance
* Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations to shape initiatives that improve customer outcomes and profitability
* Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that simplify complex data into clear, actionable narratives
* Lead and manage stakeholder relationships to understand business needs, frame analytical questions, and deliver impactful results
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, data-driven experimentation, and enhanced measurement frameworks
What I'm Looking For
* 5+ years in a data analyst or insights role, ideally with experience in consumer-focused industries (retail, e-commerce, telecom, financial services, etc.)
* Proven ability to translate data into customer-centric stories with commercial impact
* Strong SQL skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
* Solid grounding in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management skills – you can confidently engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-rich environment with shifting priorities
