The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team in Dublin.
This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a mix of on-site work and occasional remote flexibility.
You will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of advanced electrical and transport technology systems.
The role involves working on cutting-edge infrastructure projects that directly contribute to safer and smarter transport networks.
Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work across ITS and EV charging systems Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely Perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance Support the installation and commissioning of technologies including EV chargers, ANPR systems, CCTV, barrier systems, and road safety equipment Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications Ensure all work complies with current electrical standards, safety regulations, and industry best practice Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver high-quality system deployments Provide responsive troubleshooting and on-site technical support when required Essential Skills & Experience Strong experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work Solid understanding of electrical systems and technical drawings Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults effectively Good knowledge of electrical engineering principles and safety standards Relevant electrical qualification and certifications (e.g., Electrician Apprenticeship / Trade Qualification) Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Desirable Experience or interest in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Exposure to EV charging infrastructure, CCTV, ANPR, or traffic management systems Experience working in field-based or infrastructure environments What We Offer Hybrid working arrangement Specialist factory training across Europe with partners such as ABB, Wallbox, ABL, Garo and Delta Includes a company vehicle, computer, mobile phone, and all necessary specialist tools.
