This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain exposure to a thriving brokerage environment, carrying out duties across a number of areas. The Role
* Provides main switch telephone cover.
* Processes the post each day and actions e-mail and postal requests as they are received.
* Maintains and updates existing customer accounts throughout the year.
* Contacts customers, following up on documentation queries and ad hoc queries, as required.
* Supports customer payment processes.
The Person
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites
* Is proactive, flexible and demonstrate a keen willingness to assist fellow colleagues
* Enthusiastic individual, willing to learn and implement change
* Willingness to get involved in all aspects of the company while maintaining the daily administrative duties
* Must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and thrive in an environment that is always changing

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
