PE Global Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a leading Cork-based Electrical Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the public sector, healthcare, and private industrial sectors throughout Cork and Munster.

Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple electrical projects through effective scheduling, planning, reporting, and coordination activities. This position will work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Procurement, and Commercial departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on programme.
A strong background in project scheduling, advanced Excel capability, and excellent organisational skills are essential. An understanding of electrical installations and construction project delivery would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and trackersMonitor project progress against programme milestones and deadlinesProduce regular progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for senior managementCoordinate with Project Managers and site teams to identify risks, delays, and programme impactsTrack labour allocation, procurement schedules, and project deliverablesAssist with resource planning and forecasting across multiple projectsMaintain accurate project documentation and reporting systemsSupport commercial and operational teams with project data analysis and scheduling informationEnsure all scheduling information is updated and communicated effectively across the business
Requirements
Previous experience in a Project Scheduler, Project Coordinator, Planning, or similar role within construction, engineering, or M&E contractingAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills are essentialStrong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities across several live projectsExcellent communication and coordination skillsExperience using project scheduling/planning software would be advantageousUnderstanding of electrical installations or electrical contracting projects is highly desirableStrong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
