A leading role is available for an experienced professional to oversee services in Cork.
Job Summary:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing actions arising from inspections.
* This involves driving the quality agenda through continuous audits and quality improvement plans where necessary.
* The post holder will also support referrals, admission, and transition processes while promoting independence and respect among residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Knowledge of Health Act 2007 (Care and Supports of Residents in Designated Centres for People (Children and Adults) with Disabilities) Regulations 2013
* Knowledge of relevant safeguarding legislation and national policies and procedures
* At least 2 years' management experience at a PIC level or above in disability services or other relevant human services
* A BA level 7 degree in social care or nursing or social care management
