As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the upkeep of our hotel facilities.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory and stock levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while minimizing costs, and providing regular reports to senior management on maintenance activities and project statuses.
* Team Leadership: Develop and lead a skilled maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
* Planned Preventive Maintenance: Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive planned preventive maintenance program to extend the lifespan and optimize the efficiency of all hotel facilities and equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in hotel maintenance, including expertise in HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), health and safety regulations, sustainability initiatives, and energy management.
