Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple fit‑out and refurbishment projects from pre‑construction through to completion. You will manage project teams, supervise Site Managers, ensure programme and cost targets are met, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing multiple live projects across NI/ROI to meet programme, budget and quality targets
* Leading project planning, resourcing, risk management and commercial reporting
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Ensuring all work adheres to health & safety regulations and company standards
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams and stakeholders
* Overseeing site progress, conducting site visits, and resolving technical or delivery issues
* Supporting tendering, programming and project strategy during early stages

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial fit‑out, interiors or building refurbishment
* Strong technical understanding of joinery, interior construction methods and fit‑out processes
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
* A strong commitment to quality, safety and client satisfaction
* CSR/SMSTS or equivalent industry certification
* A full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across NI/ROI
