A leading tech organisation in the AI solutions space is seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to drive new business across the DACH region.
You'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
What You'll Do:
Generate and qualify enterprise leads via outbound outreach (calls, email, social)
Manage strategic accounts with regular follow-ups to build long-term partnerships
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, consultative solutions
Navigate complex organisations and engage senior decision-makers
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
Collaborate with sales and support teams to strengthen sales strategy
Track industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
What you need:
Native/fluent German + strong English (C1)
Proven success in outbound B2B sales—ideally tech, SaaS, or enterprise sales
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales tech
High motivation, resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset
