Express Employment Professionals is seeking a results-driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring excellent service delivery to clients and associates. This role requires a strong leader with proven operational management experience, ideally within the staffing industry or a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Branch Operations Management:
Oversee daily activities including recruiting, onboarding, client fulfillment, associate management, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient branch performance.
* Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and administrative staff. Provide training, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
* Client Relationship Management:
Partner with the Business Development Manager to strengthen existing accounts and help grow new business. Ensure client satisfaction through consistent service and quality placements.
* Process Improvement:
Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and implement best practices to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve associate/client satisfaction.
* Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all employment laws, safety standards, and internal procedures are followed. Maintain accurate records and generate regular operational reports for upper management.
Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of operations, staffing, or HR experience (management experience )
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or ATS systems
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field ()
