Job Description
As a Cleaning Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the daily operations of your DOC Team on the client site.
2. Ensuring all schedules are planned and executed correctly in line with site needs and requirements.
3. Supervising all activities for your DOC team.
4. Being a point of contact for all DOC related issues.
5. Managing all accidents and unsafe conditions/incidents.
6. Overseeing, correcting exceptions, and amending team schedules on the Kronos system.
7. Monitoring stock levels of inventory and providing information to the site Admin for monthly budgets.
8. Carrying out performance appraisals for direct reports.
9. Conducting daily/weekly team meetings and documenting minutes/actions.
10. Having full knowledge of all areas to be cleaned during your duties.
11. Ensuring all areas are cleaned and sanitized efficiently and timely to meet standards.
12. Maintaining knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and agents, and using equipment as directed after proper COSHH and training.
13. Reporting faulty equipment and safety hazards promptly.
14. Monitoring material expenditure and avoiding waste.
15. Keeping cleaning stores clean and equipment stored safely.
16. Complying with all security, health & safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
