Job Title: Project OfficerContract: Fixed TermAbout Us:Irish Internet Hotline is looking for a full time Project Officer to join our team.We are the national centre of expertise countering illegal and harmful content online, namely child sexual abuse and exploitation, non-consensual sharing of intimate images and videos, racism and xenophobia, and financial scams. With each piece of illegal and harmful content we remove from the internet, there is one less instance of suffering, of re-victimisation and financial loss. Protecting children and young people from sexual abuse and exploitation online and preventing repeat-victimisation is at the heart of everything we do. We are a small passionate team working in a not-for-profit organisation, in partnership with a diverse mix of stakeholders', law enforcement, government, academia, tech companies, NGOs, and international partners to make the internet a safer and a more inclusive place for children, young people, and adults alike. Our values act as a reminder of the important work we do; we are open, we strive to be the best at what we do, we are team players, we care, we respect.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of key projects from planning through to completion and reporting. The role involves coordinating activities, monitoring progress, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. You will play a vital role in ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Senior Management Team in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate and support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Irish Internet Hotline projects and initiatives.Liaise with Irish Internet Hotline staff, members organisations, and partner organisations to ensure effective delivery of projects and new initiatives for the Irish Internet Hotline.Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and flag any risks or issues to management.Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, and training materials for Irish Internet Hotline operations.Ensure grant applications comply with all applicable regulations under EU/Irish directives.Proficiency with grant management platforms or databases is desirable.Monitor data collection, analyse trends, and support the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.Manage project documentation, records, and databases in line with confidentiality and data protection standards.Prepare presentations & support documentation for senior management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Irish Internet Hotline services through feedback gathering and process reviews.Ensure all project management software and reporting files are kept up to date.Maintain accurate records within grant applications/databases, generate reports on grant activity and outcomes.Other duties and responsibilities as determined by managementOccasionally representing the company at related forums both nationally and internationallyKey Experience/Skills & CompetenciesStrong organisational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.DesirableA certificate in CAPM/IPMAor equivalent qualification in a related field.Previous experience in a project coordination, case management, or operations role.Particulars of the PositionThis position will be offered as a ffixed termull-time contractThe role will have a 6-month probation period.Will report directly to the Service Operations Manager.The post is based in Dublin & fully on-site.Hours of Work- 37.5 hours with start date as soon as possibleWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary tailored to your skills and experience.Generous Benefits, including healthcare allowance, pension options, additional annual leave days, paid sick leave, bike to work scheme, paid maternity leave, etcFlexible working hoursOpportunities for personal and professional growth, including exposure to strategic decision-making and ongoing professional development.A chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of those it supportsApplication ProcessApplicants are invited to forward a detailed CV that highlights relevant experience and a cover letter in strict by clicking the link above by 12h00 (midday) on 19th of February 2026.
