We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and deliver IT initiatives within the Commercial function.
This role covers the full lifecycle of projects and change activities, from requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities - Capture and translate business requirements into clear specifications, supporting development and testing through to production.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage support and maintenance for existing systems, including incident resolution, upgrades, and ensuring system availability.
- Contribute to project planning, delivery, and continuous improvement, bringing proactive and innovative thinking.
Skills & Experience - Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and business/process analysis.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, QA, and information security.
- Familiarity with on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- 1-3 years' experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Advantageous: experience with Product Information Management solutions.
