are seeking to recruit a CSA Lead for one of our multinational clients sites in Limerick / Tipperary.
Role
The CSA Construction Lead is a senior member of the Construction Team responsible for the successful planning and execution of the CSA scope. This includes ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, design specifications, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the project is adequately resourced with qualified personnel, plant, tools, and facilities.
* Manage subcontractors with focus on safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
* Manage all Site CSA staff, including construction superintendents, trade supervisors, and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with construction methods, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
* Direct and manage assigned staff, including assessments, appraisals, and training recommendations.
* Promote innovative solutions, technology use, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
* Oversee labour relations and adherence to policies and agreements.
* Ensure projects are constructed in line with drawings, specifications, standards, and good construction practices.
* Liaise with design and client teams to review models and scope.
* Develop detailed execution strategies and provide input to schedules, CHSP, QA/TO, and other construction documentation.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Extensive experience in a similar construction leadership role.
* Knowledge of biotech or pharmaceutical construction preferred.
* Strong multi-disciplinary understanding of construction processes.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
