Key Responsibilities: Manage the sale of residential properties from initial instruction through to completion.
Conduct property valuations, prepare sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings.
Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.
Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, always ensuring the best outcome for clients.
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales.
Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and ensure compliance with PSRA regulations.
Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Requirements: PSRA Licence essential.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a property sales role.
Relevant third-level qualification desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Full, clean driving licence required.
