A leading public sector organisation is seeking an
Executive Assistant
to join a high-performing team based in
Dublin
.
This role will support senior stakeholders and project teams in delivering strategic initiatives, providing high-quality administrative, coordination and operational support across a dynamic division.
Key areas of responsibility include diary and meeting coordination, preparing presentations and briefing materials, event logistics, CRM data management and supporting wider team activities.
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:
Strong executive or senior administrative support experience
Experience working in public sector or government-related environments
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
