Job Title: Senior Setting Out Engineer
Job Summary:
Serving as a seasoned engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing site management, quality assurance and subcontractor coordination. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will drive project success in the residential development sector.
[T]he role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and mentor an engineering team. Your ability to manage health and safety performance across the site, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality standards, review design information, attend design meetings and resolve technical issues are essential components of this position.
[Y]ou'll have responsibility for managing assigned work packages including sequencing coordination delivery. Additionally you'll liaise with stakeholders such as utility providers local authorities.
