We are a new GP Practice based in Dublin 15. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis consisting of 20.5 hours weekly, split between morning(9am to 1pm) and afternoons(2pm to 6pm).
Key Responsibilities:(but not limited to)
* Managing patient queries and appointment bookings (phone and in person).
* Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service.
* Handling Payments and maintaining accurate records.
* Administration tasks, including filing, scanning, in/out-going post and general office work.
What we are looking for:
* Previous GP Receptionist experience is helpful but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, professionalism and IT proficiency.
* Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
