Key Responsibilities
* Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport.
* Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
* Managing cash and following security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Encouraging customer loyalty through communication about upcoming collections and capturing customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
