Your new role As a Site Manager, you will lead new build projects, oversee on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
You will manage project timelines, resources, and quality, using innovative methods like modular construction, across sectors like retail, residential, and public infrastructure.
Strong leadership and communication are key to maintaining client satisfaction and project success.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of construction processes, including new builds and modular techniques.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Preferably a qualification in construction management or a related field.
Ability to adapt to diverse project types and dynamic requirements.
Relevant supervisory tickets associated with being on site.
