Role Description As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales.
You will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and networking Contact potential customers and present company products/services Maintain and update customer records in the system Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies Previous experience in sales, or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Target-driven and self-motivated Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems) Good command of English (additional languages are a plus) Salary & Benefits Commission-based earnings only (no fixed salary) High earning potential based on performance Incentives for achieving and exceeding targets Training and career growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment
