About The Friends of St Luke'sThe Friends of St Luke's is a registered charity established in 1981. For over four decades, we have been a vital source of funding and support for the care, comfort, and cure of patients at the St Luke's Radiation Oncology Network Dublin (SLRON) and for clinical research at the St Luke's Institute of Cancer Research.The St Luke's Radiation Oncology Network comprises three cancer treatment centres in Dublin – St Luke's Hospital in Rathgar and St Luke's Centres at St James's Hospital, and Beaumont Hospital. It is the largest radiation network in Europe and the only place in Ireland where children can receive this vital care.About the RoleWe are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Supporter Care Administrator to join our small, dedicated team. You will be the first point of contact for our supporters and visitors, ensuring everyone who comes through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated. This role combines administration, fundraising, and supporter engagement, giving you the chance to make a real difference every day.What You'll DoWelcome donors and visitors, making them feel heard, valued, and appreciated.Help keep our website and fundraising materials fresh, engaging, and up-to-date.Plan and manage displays across our three centres to raise awareness and inspire support.Write and manage thank-you letters, onboarding materials, and other communications for supporters.Maintain and manage our donor database for accurate tracking of campaigns and responses.Oversee our merchandise, including purchasing, stock control, and sales.Provide general office support.What We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in administration or supporter/customer care, ideally in a charity or non-profit.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to providing warm, personalised care.Experience in donor or customer communications, with strong copywriting skills.Comfortable using databases or CRM systems to manage records and track campaigns.Digital savvy – able to update websites, draft social media posts, and support fundraising materials.Experience with stock control, purchasing, and merchandise sales.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.Highly attentive to detail, reliable, and adaptable in a busy environment.Why Join UsThis is more than an administrative role – it's an opportunity to be part of something meaningful.
