A strong comprehension of current Building Regulations, Irish health and safety legislation, and computer literacy are also necessary. The role demands strong personal judgment, technical skill, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A full, clean Irish Category B Driving Licence and access to a reliable broadband Internet connection are also required.
