We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join Suir Engineering Ltd. The position will be based on an EP&R project in Co Clare.

What you will be doing?
* Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate all design works and interface with third-party stakeholders.
* Maintain excellent working relationships with clients from project start to handover; act as an ambassador with clients and all stakeholders.
* Arrange and chair project handover from estimating to construction team.
* Liaise with the Project Director and Operations Director to staff the project and agree on a recruitment plan for staff and operatives.
* Ensure quality control audits are carried out on-site as per the design plan (if applicable).
* Hold weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, discussing safety and training.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Is this the job for me?
* Trade qualification through Apprenticeship or Engineering qualification.
* Knowledge and experience relevant to work under the NERS scheme (additional training provided).
* Relevant H&S qualification, e.g., IOSH Managing Safely or similar.
* Experience managing projects from scoping to delivery, aligned with strategic company objectives.
* Experience managing, coordinating, and developing staff.
* Supportive of continuous improvement within project teams.
* Experience in high voltage projects.
* Familiarity with BIM technologies where relevant.
* Understanding of engineering processes and best practices.
