**Job Title:** Support Services Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating support services across multiple locations. This role requires a strong understanding of data management and analysis, as well as experience in working with regional structures to deliver high-quality services.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Day Services Data and Monitoring;
* Develop and manage a data management system to track New Directions, EASI Tool, and Day Services Monitoring Data;
* Collaborate with the Learning and Development Department to provide training on New Directions, EASI, and Day Services Monitoring;
* Represent the organization at external meetings and webinars as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the Disability Sector;
* A track record of delivering high-quality Person Focused Supports;
* Experience in supporting and overseeing Day Services;
* Strong organizational, logistical, and IT skills;
* An understanding of standards within the disability sector, particularly New Directions and associated HSE Data and Documentation.
