We are currently seeking a highly motivated Shop Manager to join our team in Galway City. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop whilst motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the shop in line with agreed work plans and financial targets
* Assist in training, supervising, and managing shop staff both paid and voluntary
* E nsure the appearance of the shop is attractive to customers as per brand standards
