Site Management Role
The Site Manager is accountable for overseeing the execution and administration of all residential building projects in North Cork.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and manage our Safety Management System on site to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Establish and maintain our Quality Management System on site, ensuring it meets or exceeds industry standards.
3. Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to increase overall efficiency without compromising Safety or Quality.
4. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, minimizing delays and ensuring timely completion.
5. Manage the financial aspects of construction work, striving for maximum cost-effectiveness.
6. Procure materials required on site in a timely manner, adhering to specifications.
7. Participate in meetings to facilitate open communication and address issues impacting daily operations.
8. Organize regular team meetings to foster collaboration and goal alignment.
9. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth project progression.

Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in site management.
* Prior experience in residential projects is beneficial but not essential.
* Demonstrated ability to oversee projects from concept to completion.
* Previous experience working for a main contractor.
* Background in commercial building projects.
