The Project Manager will work closely with our customers and the Customer Owner (CO) to plan and deliver complex projects within our agile methodology, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, customer-oriented, and experienced in leading geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.

Reports to: Director of Project Management
Location: Dublin (Hybrid model) with travel to customer sites
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and managing changes.
2. Collaborate with customer teams and leadership to create accurate roadmaps and business cases.
3. Work with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to manage projects according to plans and budgets.
4. Proactively manage scope changes and minimize scope creep.
5. Report on weekly/monthly budgets and resource utilization.
6. Build consensus with stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
7. Present weekly project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
8. Manage risks and issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
Proven Competences and Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of project management experience in complex software development.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
* Experience working with multi-location teams, both onsite and remote.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
* Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience.
* Understanding of software development processes, including branching strategies, semantic versioning, sprint planning, dependency management, testing, and release tracking.
* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach while meeting company objectives.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with demanding customers.
* On-site customer engagement experience.
* Previous experience working in the airline industry is a plus.
