Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of software products and systems, providing technical leadership, and overseeing the implementation of cloud computing using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Kafka, and ReactJS or similar frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
">
* Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful delivery of projects;
* Design and architect software products and systems that meet business requirements;
* Lead and mentor development team members to achieve high-quality results;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions;
* Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications, and projects;
* Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to the agile software development process;
* Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs as needed and provide solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
To succeed in this role, you will need:
">
* Experience in developing Java n-tier and/or Spring Boot applications;
* Experience in writing database queries;
* Exposure to Cloud Computing; Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure/AWS is a plus;
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field;
* 2-5 years of commercial software development experience, proficient in developing multi-tier solutions;
* Experience in micro-services architecture and understanding of Cloud Computing is highly desirable;
* Professional Java development experience, core Java, and Multithreading;
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills;
* Experience working with an Agile development methodology is desired.
