Then, this could be the next adventure in your career.Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrowTo provide our clients with technical expertise, we are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join us. Working on offshore wind foundation design projects, you’ll work with our project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to the client's technical specification and satisfaction and within the project budget constraints. While at the same time developing client and stakeholder relationships and offering advice and guidance to the project team.ResponsibilitiesEngineering Management with special focus on FEED and detailed design of Offshore Wind FoundationsSupporting technical inputs to our tenders for selected prospectsProviding technical leadership with respect to risk management, quality assurance, document control and cost control for the projectsRaising and responding to technical queries on the projectLeading project teams in the technical execution of the projectsManaging stakeholders, suppliers and partnersLeading project discipline leads and design teamsEnsuring state-of-the art solutions meeting customer needsDeveloping cohesive multi-location project teamsEnsuring your projects are delivered in line with COWI's global best practiceQualificationsA bachelor’s or master’s degree or PhD in a related engineering disciplineExtensive experience in the technical delivery of Offshore Wind Foundations projectsExperience with design of all common foundation types for offshore wind turbines and substationsBe familiar with the health and safety and environmental requirements for foundation design projects.Knowledge of all technical elements of foundation designEffective communication skills in English (oral and written)A Record of delivering projects to time, cost quality standards across all stages of project lifecycleWhat we offerA place to work and so much more.At COWI, we work together with our customers to shape a sustainable and liveable world.
