Key Qualifications
* Two years' experience in a fresh food department
* One year's experience in a supervisor/manager role
* Understanding of how to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Responsibilities
* Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the fresh food departments
* Set and monitor sales targets with the team
* Control stock levels and overheads as per budget requirements
* Foster good working relationships among team members
* Manage employee performance and customer queries efficiently
* Ensure the merchandising and presentation of the fresh food department meet the highest standards
