Junior Administrator (Finance)| Dublin 2 | Hybrid | 12 Month Contract
A leading semi-state body is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Accounts Administrator to join their Financial Management team.This important role involves supporting the checking and processing of expense claims, maintaining financial records, and assisting the Payroll and Expenses Executive to ensure key financial deadlines are met.
Salary:€28,000-€30,000 ,DOE
Location:Dublin 2 (Hybrid, 3 days in Office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing and verifying domestic and overseas expense claimsMonitor and manage staff charge card balancesUpdate staff records in the Financial Management system (Centros), including vehicle insurance detailsProvide support, advice, and training to staff on expense processesSupport the Payroll, Expenses, and Financial Management teams as requiredAssist the Senior Accountant with financial administration tasksParticipate in continuous professional development and uphold the organisation's values of People, Professionalism, Passion for Performance, and Public ServiceCandidate Profile: Third-level qualification or working towards one is desirableFinance-related qualification and/or relevant experience advantageousExcellent attention to detail and strong financial analysis skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexibly, independently, and on own initiativeThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your finance and accounts administration skills within a respected government body, contributing to effective financial management and compliance.
