Clinical Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, combined with project management and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include ensuring high standards of resident care, fostering a learning environment, and promoting a team culture across specialist care services.
Essential qualifications include current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or eligibility to be registered, as well as relevant post-registration experience and post-registration qualifications in gerontology and/or dementia care.
Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with eligibility to work in Ireland.
