German-Speaking Sales Professionals Wanted
We are seeking a skilled and motivated sales professional fluent in German to join our international team. As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
About the Role:
* Job Title: Account Executive or Business Development Representative
* Location: Dublin 2 (Temple Bar area)
* Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
* Relocation Support: Available for international hires
Responsibilities:
1. Account Executive:
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
* D Deliver persuasive product presentations to decision-makers
* B uild strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams
2. Business Development Representative:
* ID entify and engage potential clients that can benefit from our platform
* C olaborate with Account Executives to execute effective prospecting strategies
* D evelop and refine outreach messaging across multiple channels
* S hare insights and best practices to improve the outbound process
Requirements:
* Language: Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
* Experience: 1+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology
* Skills: Strong communication skills, motivated by targets and driven to exceed goals
What We Offer:
* OTE: €130,000 (€65,000 base + uncapped commission) or €67,000 (€43,550 base + bonus and benefits)
