COMPANY BACKGROUND
Founded by its sole shareholder in 2010, ACS has experienced significant growth and continues to develop at a market leading pace with a focus on narrowbody Boeing and Airbus aircraft. It’s unique ability to “handle the metal” along with full in-house capability on all aspects of managing mid-life and end-of-life aircraft provides the platform for creating value in a competitive environment. Areas in which ACS can typically “add value” range from optimizing cash flows associated with a specific lease to maximizing an aircraft’s residual value via a sum-of-the-parts exit approach, passenger re-lease, or freighter conversion and cargo re-lease.
Since inception, ACS has deployed over $5B in capital in mid-life aviation assets via one-off transactions and its discretionary private equity funds. ACS has successfully raised and deployed three private equity funds and is in the process of deploying its fourth fund ($936M equity). Investors range from single and multi-family offices to large institutional investors.
