Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide warm and welcoming service to customers in-branch and over the phone
2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
3. Maintain accurate customer records using our internal systems
4. Adhere to our policies, standards, and controls
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles
* Ability to work well alongside others as part of a 'one-team' mindset
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
