Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to technical specifications.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.

* Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools.
* Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues effectively and accurately.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Operative or Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming, operation, and maintenance procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
* Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
