The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established organisation in
Co. Meath
that is investing heavily in its ERP landscape and wider business systems. They are seeking an experienced
ERP Business Analyst
to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting core enterprise platforms and working closely with business stakeholders on-site.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys being close to the business, influencing decision-making, and seeing their work translate directly into operational improvements.
The Role
As ERP Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring ERP solutions align with operational needs and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements across multiple functions
* Working closely with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities
* Translating business requirements into functional specifications for ERP enhancements and projects
* Supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
* Participating in testing cycles (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation support
* Contributing to process optimisation and standardisation initiatives
* Ensuring solutions are aligned with governance, controls, and best practice
About You
You are an experienced ERP-focused Business Analyst who is comfortable working in an on-site environment in
Co. Meath
and engaging directly with business teams.
You will bring:
* Proven 5+ years experience as a
Business Analyst working with ERP systems
(e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
* Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
* Experience working closely with business stakeholders in operational environments
* Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar)
* Confidence working in structured project environments as well as BAU change
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
