Product Project Manager- (Product Management & Sustainability Team)

For the role of Project Manager, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to work as part of a dynamic and diverse team and support the delivery of a wide range of projects related to pre/post-launch product and service management. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive and capable of working off their own initiative as well as part of a wider team to assist with the delivery of project milestones in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with successful end-to-end delivery of product management related projects from idea approval to launch and post-authorisation fund amendments.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with senior management and team members, providing relevant summary updates and escalations as appropriate.
* Manage reporting requirements, project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and other reports as required.
* Build strong internal relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide analysis to inform deliverables.
* Develop understanding of product management policies, processes, and procedures to support projects and day-to-day tasks.
* Assist with product-related presentations to Senior Management (e.g., new product ideas, product pipeline, reporting sales figures, market trends).
* Assist with product documentation coordination (e.g., fund supplements, prospectus, KIID/KID) with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with product management governance, including scheduling and minutes for Product Committee and Sustainable Finance Committee meetings.
* Coordinate UCITs, MiFID-related, and Solvency II reporting requirements as needed, involving multiple departments.
Requirements
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English; knowledge of Italian desirable but not mandatory.
* MS Office: Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
* Analytical skills: Ability to review, assess and interpret data and communicate summaries to senior management.
* Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team on multiple projects concurrently.
* Organisation: Experience scheduling and facilitating meetings, including agendas and minutes.
* Attitude: Strong work ethic, proactive problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
* Third level degree (Business/Finance desirable; other backgrounds considered).
* 3+ years of work experience in financial services or advisory within the sector.
* Minimum of 3 years direct project management experience across the project lifecycle.
* Experience in projects/engagements with clients in Financial Services (Asset Management/Banking/Insurance).
* Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment and meet tight deadlines.
* Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or PMP) desirable.
* Familiarity with Morningstar and Fund Info platforms desirable.
* Familiarity with UCITS and AIFMD/MiFID legislation desirable.
