Regional Sales Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global priorities
* Lead a team of partner managers across priority markets to achieve ambitious growth goals
* Negotiate strategic partnerships to establish agreements that support both global standards and local market needs
* Oversee day-to-day sales management while providing escalation support, executive sponsorship, and strategic guidance to team members
* Enable partners and internal teams to leverage partnerships in pipeline creation and opportunity development
About This Role
* $80,000 - $120,000 per year
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in partner sales leadership within SaaS, IT, or EdTech
* Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex markets
* Experience building and executing regional channel strategies across multiple EMEA countries
