We're looking for a dedicated Night Porter to join our experienced team and help create a welcoming, secure environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee reception duties, including guest check-in/out and night audit Ensure safety and cleanliness across the hotel through regular checks Assist with late-night bar service, room service, and basic food prep Set up and maintain conference rooms and public areas Respond to guest needs with professionalism and care Report maintenance issues and manage lost property Valet park cars when required Requirements: 1+ year experience in a similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Experience handling guest queries and late-night operations Full clean driving licence (desirable)
