Barden are recruiting an Administration Assistant to join the Purchasing Department of a leading engineering business on a
3-month fixed-term contract

As part of the Purchasing team, you will play a key role in supporting procurement activities, ensuring that documentation, systems, and processes run smoothly to support project delivery.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Purchasing Department
* Assist with purchase order processing, data entry, and supplier documentation
* Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
* Support the preparation of reports and project-related documentation
* Handle general office administration to support the wider team
ABOUT THE PERSON:
* Previous administration or purchasing support experience is desirable
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment and work to deadlines
* Immediately availability
