Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Fitter, located in Drogheda. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including preventive maintenance, day to day maintenance, pipe fitting, and welding, in an industrial environment. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that machinery and equipment remain in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Preventive Maintenance and General Maintenance skills
* Fitting skills, particularly in an industrial setting
* Experience with various types of Machinery
* Good welding skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the industrial maintenance sector is a plus
* Relevant technical certifications or a trade qualification in mechanical fitting or similar field
