Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites operate in a safe and well-maintained manner.
* Develop and implement strategies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across all sites.
* Evaluate contractors and service providers to ensure value and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Lead a team of maintenance staff and provide clear direction, training, and support.
* Maintain accurate records of safety statements, risk assessments, emergency protocols, and compliance documentation.
