We're hiring a Solution Architect to lead solution design and roadmapping formission-critical market systemsin a secure, 24/7 environment.This is not a "heads-down technical designer" role. You will be successful here if you canlead stakeholders, sell the solution, and land decisions- not just produce diagrams.What you'll doOwn end-to-end solution design and target-state roadmaps across a complex enterprise estateRun workshops, shape requirements, and drive alignment across business and IT stakeholdersPresent options, trade-offs, risks and recommendations into senior governance / Design AuthorityInfluence decision-making where priorities clash (cost, risk, delivery, operations, security)Drive architecture across application, data, integration, infrastructure and securityProduce crisp design artefacts: solution overviews, options analysis, ADRs, impact assessments and estimatesWhat we're looking forProven Solution Architect experience in regulated, high-availability environmentsStrong stakeholder management: you can bring people with you, handle challenge, and move decisions forwardConfident communicator: able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical leadersBroad architecture exposure (integration patterns, data flows, security/ops realities)Backgrounds that translate well (utilities experience not required)Capital markets / trading / clearing & settlement / paymentsTelco charging/billing / mediation / provisioningBanking / insurance platformsTransport/aviation operational systemsLarge-scale integration and data-driven platformsNice to have (not essential)Direct exposure to electricity/energy marketsTOGAF / cloud certs / formal solution design training (BCS / ICS or similar)Interested?
