Role Overview As a Customer Growth Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle — from qualification and demos to driving the buying process and closing deals.
You'll be responsible for growing the company's client base, managing a high-velocity pipeline, and building strong, long-term relationships with founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in the e-commerce and retail space.
Key Responsibilities Build and expand the client base Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and develop long-term growth strategies.
Support peers and collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
Leverage AI tools to work efficiently and focus on high-impact activities.
Mentor and guide new Account Executives while contributing to broader projects.
Your Profile Experience in a net-new revenue sales role within MarTech or SaaS, Proven success selling to founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.
Experience in a high-velocity, multi-stakeholder sales environment.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Fully authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.
