Job Title: Southwest Regional Development Officer Handball The role of the Games Development Officer for GAA Handball is to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of games development initiatives across the region.
The goal is to grow participation, improve player retention and support high-quality Handball programmes at club, school and community level.
Lead the production of an annual Games Development Plan outlining objectives and priorities for handball development in conjunction with local stakeholders; Support player growth by coordinating a programme of games suitable for different age groups; Coordinate education programmes tailored to coaches', teachers' administrators' needs;
