About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Child Development Specialists to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality psychological services to individuals across the lifespan. The successful candidates will work as part of a friendly, supportive team where they will have access to formal supervision and integrated service provision.
The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive assessments and therapeutic support to children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties. Our specialists develop evidence-informed treatment plans collaboratively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough psychological assessments and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions to children and young people presenting with various complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns (e.g., anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions).
* Develop tailored, child-centered treatment plans through collaborative goal-setting, therapeutic planning, and case formulation.
* Deliver expert consultations and support to parents, carers, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
* Participate in service development initiatives, quality improvement programs, and continuous professional growth opportunities.

Requirements
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, applicants must possess:
* A Doctorate or equivalent degree in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology or Chartered Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologist status through the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
* Eligibility for registration with the PSI.
* Demonstrable knowledge of diverse psychological assessment and therapeutic models.
* Experience delivering psychological interventions to children and families.
* Excellent clinical assessment, formulation, and therapeutic planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
